Total support and clear, unbiased communication regarding the valuation of my car, the process as a whole and most importantly perhaps, the timeliness of me receiving the agreed amount of money. I was quoted a much higher price than any trade in would have given me and once I worked out how much I would have reduced my asking price with a private sale and the costs involved in preparing the vehicle for a private sale, I realised that our combined figures were so close that I would be foolish not to proceed with YCSW. I signed late Tuesday afternoon and the money was in my bank account by 10.15 am Wednesday morning. No scammers, no hanging around for time wasters or no shows. No stress whatsoever. Never will I stress myself out with a private sale again, I will always use and advocate for YCSW.
